This is a Filipino Weapon that originated in Cebu Philippines. Tat Kon Tou practitioners fondly call it Sungay. Filipino Martial Arts is so diverse; yet so effective when taught well with the purpose of defending - not just for art.

We hope that you negotiate directly with him for the schedule and the fee. Pangamut or any of its members are in no way authorize to negotiate any related activity concerning Kutsilyo Cebu.
